Child Safety Standards

VialTalk is committed to protecting children. This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we enforce them across every part of our platform.

An 18-and-Over Platform

VialTalk is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. The platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use our services. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will remove it.

Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

Content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited on VialTalk. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexualization of minors, grooming, and any attempt to solicit, produce, or share such material.

Any account found to be involved in this content or conduct will be terminated immediately and permanently, without warning.

Reporting a Violation

If you encounter content that exploits or endangers a child, report it immediately. You can use the in-app flag (🚩) button on any forum post, thread, review, message, or profile, or email us directly at [email protected].

Every report is reviewed promptly by our team. Reports concerning child safety are treated as our highest priority.

Reporting to Authorities

When we identify illegal content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), which works with law enforcement worldwide.

VialTalk cooperates fully with law enforcement on any investigation related to child safety, and will preserve and provide relevant information as required by law.
