Just got off my klow cycle and have been running glutathione for 4 weeks now. Would starting on epithalon and mots be a good move in helping cellular aging?
Epithalon would definitely be one I'd be excited to research. A lot of the interest comes from decades of research looking at its potential role in healthy aging. Animal studies have shown improvements in lifespan and markers associated with aging, while some small human studies have explored its effects on things like sleep, circadian rhythm, and overall well-being. It's definitely one of the more fascinating peptides in the longevity space, although there's still plenty left to learn.
Personally, I had a fantastic experience researching Epithalon. The biggest things I noticed were improvements in my sleep quality, a better overall mood, and, believe it or not, healthier hair. Everyone's experience is different, of course, but it became one of my favorite peptides to look into.
I'm also really glad you're researching glutathione. It's often referred to as the body's "master antioxidant" because it plays such an important role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting the body's natural detoxification systems. Unlike some peptides that are still being explored, glutathione's role in human biology is very well established, which makes it a great addition to many research protocols.
Another one worth reading about is Thymosin Alpha-1. It's been extensively studied for its role in supporting immune system regulation. Rather than simply "boosting" the immune system, the research suggests it may help modulate immune responses and support healthy T-cell function, which is why it's been investigated in a variety of immune-related conditions. I found it to be another really interesting peptide from a longevity and wellness research perspective.
MOTS-c is another exciting area of research as well. It's being studied for its role in mitochondrial function, energy metabolism, and healthy aging, so pairing your reading on Epithalon with MOTS-c could make for a fascinating deep dive into longevity research. Also, consider running a cycle of SS-31 to really give the cells the healing it needs.
Wishing you the best with your research! The longevity field is evolving so quickly, and it's exciting to see more people taking an interest in understanding the science behind these compounds. 💜

This seems like a very logical stack after finishing your Klow cycle and 4‑week glutathione run.
Epithalon focuses more on telomere maintenance and cellular‑level regulation, while MOTS‑c works on mitochondrial function and AMPK‑related metabolic support. Their mechanisms complement each other well for anti‑aging research purposes.
Many community users point out that subjective effects from these two peptides can be subtle. You may not notice immediate obvious changes. It makes sense to track sleep quality, energy levels and general well‑being step‑by‑step throughout your cycle.
Since you already have experience running glutathione, you already have a good baseline for your own body feedback. It will be interesting to hear your real‑world observations once you finish this stack.
