Sleep
I've had no adverse effects regarding my sleep quality since supplementing NAD+. At least in how I feel. All I have is the data from my smartwatch if I really wanted to dig in, but all sleep factors are within range, with negligible differences. The only factor that has gone up, that I don't know if I'd attribute to the NAD+, is that my total sleep has increased by an average of 30 minutes. I dose first thing in the morning to avoid any sleep-disrupting side effects.
Exercise Performance
To preface this part, I want to mention that I've stuck with the same workout routine I was doing before starting Reta. No variables there. 30min of cardio, 4-5x per week. Typically stairmaster, incline walk, or bike. Weightlifting 4x per week, each muscle group 2x a week with a heavy leg day once a week focused on heavy compound lifts.
The heavy compound lifts suffered almost immediately. Low carb intake, low calories in general, and workouts became a little bit shorter due to lack of endurance. I noticed a steady increase in energy level with NAD+. Shifted focus from heavy compound lifts to hypertrophy-focused training. My thought process was that "I'm eating at an aggressive caloric deficit, so my focus should be on retaining muscle mass rather than expecting to gain." Workout intensity came back to familiar levels, and without the intense CNS strain from a heavy squat or bench press, I was able to sustain that intensity for much longer.
Dosing Threshold
I've experimented with a wide range of doses. From 15 mg to 75 mg. Dosing every day, to dosing 3-4x a week. I don't really notice much of a difference on dosing day under 20mg, and even that is a relatively small dose. I don't notice too much of a difference from 40mg to 75mg. I've landed on 40mg as my high dose, and 20mg as a low dose. I've more so been looking at total NAD+ per week. My 40mg days are for an almost immediate boost in energy. 20mg are for maintenance to ensure I have consistent NAD+ levels throughout the week. Target: 100 mg - 125 mg per week. I can move them around if I have a busy day at work planned or a long day, but I'd rather keep my doses spaced out with a day in between doses.
Other Compounds
Reta and NAD+ had been run alone for at least 6 weeks. I wanted to make sure to isolate the effects.
I've recently added MOTS-c and 5-Amino-1MQ, which both have some interesting synergistic effects with the above compounds. I'd be happy to share my experiences with those as well.

If I were to rank the 10+ compounds that I've personally researched and have made the most noticeable difference in how I feel, it would be retatrutide at #1, and NAD+ at #2.
In my experience, in my first few weeks on reta, my energy levels were shot. Too steep a calorie deficit, low carb, low fuel. As I've since made some adjustments to the diet, I've also supplemented NAD+, and I immediately noticed a difference in my energy levels throughout the day.
My NAD+ dosing aligns with my reta dosing. However unconventional, I split my reta dosing into 3x a week, MWF. This is to mitigate too high of appetite suppression peaks so I can stay in a healthier deficit, while still getting a decent weekly dose (4mg).
NAD+ is at 125mg/week. Monday: 40mg, Wednesday 20mg, Saturday 40mg, Sunday 25mg. NAD+ has effectively eliminated the lethargy that came with reta. My professional and fitness life have improved greatly due to the overall energy levels I get from NAD+.
No noticeable negative side effects from the stack.
I'm no doctor, but these are my two favorite compounds, and I wanted to share my personal experience and contribute to this forum.
