Mounjaro is already tirzepatide, Mounjaro is simply the brand name. So she isn’t really switching compounds. Assuming the new product is actually tirzepatide, she hasn’t had a significant break, and she has been tolerating her current dose, she generally shouldn’t need to restart from the lowest dose. She should verify the equivalent dose and concentration before switching, though, especially because 10.5 mg is not a standard branded Mounjaro dose.
