My dad was recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic, high cholesterol and low vitamin d. Does anyone have any recommendations on some peptide he can take, or multiple? Thank you. 😊

Well, the sounds of it i think itself explanatory. A GLP, should most LIKELY fix the first two issues. The third sounds like he needs to supplement some vitamin D through either vitamins, or some good ol' sun. I had to supplement some vitamin did during the winter.
For diabetes, GLP-1 medications have been a game changer for many people. They were originally developed to help manage type 2 diabetes by improving insulin release when blood sugar is elevated. Beyond blood sugar, research has also shown benefits for heart health, weight management, and reducing cardiovascular risk in certain people.
For cholesterol and overall liver health, glutathione has done wonders. Glutathione is often called the body's "master antioxidant." It helps protect cells from oxidative stress, supports normal liver function, assists with detoxification, and may help reduce inflammation. Since the liver plays a central role in producing and processing cholesterol, keeping it healthy is important for overall metabolic health. While glutathione isn't a treatment for high cholesterol, supporting liver function is one reason many people are interested in it.
As for vitamin D, my mom actually had a hard time with the high-dose prescription vitamin D her doctor initially gave her. She experienced side effects, so after speaking with her healthcare provider, she switched to a Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement. That worked much better for her, and her vitamin D levels eventually returned to normal. Everyone responds differently though, so it's definitely something to discuss with his physician.
