Totally agree with this. I did share vials with my husband, but the rest is true for me. I have to constantly tell myself, finish what you are on then go to something else if you want to try it. Slow and steady.
Looking back, there are a few things I would’ve done differently.
My top three:
1. I would’ve shared vials with my husband. 😂
We were researching the same compounds, but I insisted on buying him his own because I didn’t want to mess up my protocol. Looking back, we easily could’ve drawn what we each needed from the same vial and saved quite a bit of money.
2. I would’ve ignored the FOMO.
I wanted to try a little bit of everything because everyone was talking about different compounds. Instead, I ended up having a bad reaction and realized I needed to stop chasing what was popular and focus on what actually fit my goals.
3. I wish I had started sooner.
I spent months putting off tirzepatide because I was terrified of reconstituting and dosing. Fast forward to today, and I actually teach people how to reconstitute on TikTok. Funny how things come full circle. At 32, my health is better than it was at 22, and one of the most rewarding parts has been watching members of my family improve their health, too.
What’s yours? I’d love to hear what you wish you knew when you first started.
