Has anyone else been really energized in the morning mid day but after about 130 it runs out and I mean like bam! Brick wall nap time ?
My sleep is better but the dreams are weird like not normal things i use to dream about ?
Week one down! Lost 5lbs I feel lighter ,less puffy i have changed my diet but im looking for a decent app to help me track calories and weightloss that doesnt ask for monthly membership
Carter83, you can use the free journal on VialTalk to log your information and keep everything organized. You can also set your journal to private, so only you can see it!
I always have weird dreams so I can’t help you on that. Congratulations, it sounds like you are crushing goals!

I’m assuming you’re researching a GLP at the moment. It’s been my experience that they can mess with sleep. I’ve taken both Reta and Tirz in the evening and in those weeks my sleep/rhythm was really off. In my experience there is an energy drop at the beginning on any of the GLPs. I found that as I lost weight and recomp happed in my body, the energy really lasts through. Added to that was the correction of my hormones. All together in the energy department I haven’t felt this good since the 90s! Hang in there!
