Mis labeling

Thank you for bringing this up, and I appreciate you mentioning our response time and professionalism.

For full transparency, this was simply a printing typo on a very small number of labels. The product itself is correct. During the label creation process, a "10" was accidentally placed in front of the "R" in our internal product identifier, causing DRL-3R to print as DRL-10R. The "10" was intended to reference the 10 mg strength during the design process, but that is not how our products are identified. At Double R Labs, the product identifier and the milligram strength are always labeled separately.

Everything else on the label—including the peptide, milligram strength, batch number, QR code, COA reference, and testing information—was correct. The vial still contained the correct product and the correct strength. This was strictly a cosmetic labeling error affecting only the printed product identifier.

We caught the issue quickly, corrected it immediately, and based on our records, only about 10 vials at most made it out before the correction was made. Because of that, it's extremely unlikely anyone else here would have received one.
