How VialTalk is paid
Where the money comes from
VialTalk is free to read. It is paid for by vendors: listed vendors buy placement tiers (Verified, Featured, Elite and Apex) and advertising space. A paid tier changes where a vendor appears and how its listing looks. It never changes a COA score, a review, a price we show, or what Nick writes.
Affiliate links
Some links to vendor sites are affiliate links: if you buy through one, VialTalk may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. A post that contains affiliate links says so in a line at the top.
Free product
Vendors sometimes send product, for example for testing. A post about product VialTalk received free of charge says so in a line at the top.
What this never buys
No vendor can pay for a COA score, for a review to be published or removed, or to approve what a post says. Lab reports are scored by the same published method for every vendor — see how VialTalk scores a COA.
