I'm sorry your experience was not what we would have hoped. I'd like to address your complaints and invite you for a dialogue. Regarding shipping, we subsidize 2-day shipping for orders over $100. When you added coupon, the order total dropped below this threshold. There should have been a notification panel stating shipping is reduced to $10 above $100 once you dropped below. Your criticism is fair as the negative impression of feeling like you were given something and then had it taken away is a hard thing to combat. As a result we have been discussing moving back to a flat $12.95 2-day rate across the board, which more accurately reflects our shipping costs. It should be noted that we self insure all shipments and do not add that cost as an add on or opt out third party option at checkout like some others. We reship almost under any circumstance. Regarding COAs, we don't advertise any blanket testing on a product page, so we believe that this is a misunderstanding. We only show the selected BATCH testing. What you saw was the testing for current batch the default size (mg) of that product. When you changed sizes, it changed the COA card to reflect the testing for that batch. This is literally a feature to be as transparent as possible. Every product available discloses the actively shipping batch. Some older batches have older tests with less testing. It's that simple. We don't hide it. That's actually a point of pride. We would love to have a discussion with you to better understand your impression and to see if we can make this even more clear. If we are missing something, we want to know about it. We want to make it better. Regarding communication, we did not receive a contact request from you. Had we received one we ABSOLUTELY would have welcomed the engagement. But, you don't know me, or our company more than anything else in this space, so I cannot fault your for your default skepticism at all, which is why I believe VialTalk is valuable.
