Just finished SS-31, and now wanting to get ride of the senescent cells now.
I have been on Tirz for 2 months in total but had to break for a procedure. Started back up and down 14lbs as of today. I start Lipoc on Monday. I have ARA-290 on hand for when my nerve block wears off in 3 months.

I just have to say, "wow". Reta is truly an incredible compound. Retatrutide is how I got started in the research space. With no prior experience with peptides or GLPs, I asked my best friend from childhood what he's been doing to get into shape so quickly. "Retatrutide and Tesamorlin" He explained what it was and what he was using it for and I was interested. I talked to my girlfriend, who previously was looking into name brand options of tirzepatide, but the cost was too much through conventional methods, and we both agree to get a couple of 10mg vials of reta and try it out. We paid $99 for each vial from an overpriced vendor because we didn't know any better but we were on our way. In retrospect, we started at a pretty high dose, with unconventional frequency. 1mg, 3x a week, MWF. Traditionally I've seen researchers start at .5mg, once or twice a week but splitting or 3mg weekly dose into 1mg doses has been great at mitigating any intense peaks of appetite suppression or nausea. For the past 6 weeks: No negative side effects. No upping the dose. No change in administration timing. We're both down 25+ lbs. We feel fantastic. We have to buy new clothes because the old ones don't fit. Still steady losing weight. As of today, 252lbs --> 225lbs I prioritize my diet, cardio, weight training, fiber, 3-4L of water (I rarely crave diet soda anymore), sleep/recovery. I have GAINED strength on heavy compound lifts in the gym during this weight loss. The best advice is can give to anyone that is reta curious is: Reta is a tool, not the standalone solution. A lifestyle change in diet, exercise, nutrition are all necessary to get optimal results. I can't remember the last time I felt this good This is why RETA is the top dawg 🐶

I've been on RT for 6 weeks and the lathargy I feel from the calorie deficit has been killing my productivity at work and performance in the gym. I started on some NAD+ and I love it. More energy in my tank through the day and I don't crash at 2pm anymore. I added in some MOTS-c and I'm loving this stack. 6 weeks into RT, 10 days into this stack and I hit PRs in the gym while fasted. It'd be hard to contribute this to anything but this protocol.

Day zero, I'm 22 years old, 5'10 135 lb. I'm starting this stack to up my appetite to encourage calorie consumption to gain weight, as well as the anabolic properties of the igf to hopefully increase the amount of muscle mass gained. I am working out 5 days a week and practicing a 4 weeks on 4 weeks off with this pep stack.
5’4” 192 pounds, I started tracking my ovulation in January via Mira Fertility tracker and the tracker has not been able to pick up an LH or FSH surge. I have PCOS and show strong signs of insulin resistance via blood work.

Starting at 197 lb / ~20.8% BF and tracking every meaningful milestone down through the mid-170s. Honest notes on what the scale actually tells you, where trend beats emotion, and what peptides changed the process. Daily weigh-ins, public data, no hype.

This protocol is focused around fat loss, by using three peptides that attack fat through many different pathways. The KLOW, in theory, is mainly to help with loose skin and stretch marks.
I have a lot to work on. And I can say that I am already seeing results, and I am excited to see what and how I feel keeping these peps in my stack.
Started journey at 264 back in Dec. have lost 20lbs so far so the next 90 days I’m trying to go from 244-225.
Type 2 diabetic Started dec’25-Through present Began at 3mg 1x weekly titrated up to 6mg 1x weekly and back down to maintenance dose of 4mg. Currently my A1c has stabilized and I’ve been able to come off of 3 out of 4 of my diabetic meds.
Down 7lbs
I began researching mots-c when I heard and read about its potential help with mitochondrial repair. I was always getting off track and losing my focus and after researching this pep, I can honestly say I have more clarity and more energy. I don’t wear down mentally or physically as fast as I used to. I loved it so much so that I’m now on my second cycle.
Over the course of my 7 month journey, I’ve been able to lose 20lbs. Even though the weight hasn’t fell off like I wanted, my body comp is changing a good bit. It’s a win! I can handle not hitting numbers when my overall health is improving.
I have a very fair complexion. Ever since I was little I’ve been sunburnt a few times a year until I finally started using sunscreen. Fast forward to this year I began mt-2 n April and took half the recommended dosage and weekly protocol. For 6 weeks I researched it and now I’m as tan as. Ever want to be. Week 4 I got to be too tan so I weened myself off and haven’t taken any the last two months and I’m still very tan. Glad I did it, still get compliments on my tan weekly

Reconstituted my Kisspeptin and took my first dose. Didn’t really see any issues during the mixing process. Took my first dose and noticed a little stinging but no other symptoms or side effects. The next dose however, stung like crazy, so much so I didn’t even finish the dose.
Extreme shoulder pain even with a prescribed med, mostly at night and in the morning upon waking. Also, pain wiyh any lifting.
Is anyone taking this? I tried it and it makes me flush and my face gets really red. I started at .5mg and felt nothing. I went up to 1mg and that's when my face got really red and I felt flush. Anyone else with the same symptoms?
