An extremely common mistake that I see so many people make they want to jump on peptide After peptide . People assume that they need to stack their peptides. The problem with this is when you stack a large amount of peptides on top of each other, when something goes wrong, you don't know which one to look at that could be causing a problem .
I highlight suggest whenever somebody starts into a new pep We run it anywhere from one month then go forward to let your body get used to new signals . I've seen so many people start out with one and by the end of the month, they're on five .
I understand the peptides can be exciting. Let's not overload our bodies right out of the gate and wonder why things aren't working when we feel like shit .

I absolutely agree with this! You also want to take into consideration the half life of the compound so you know how long you need to take it before its reached full serum levels.

Absolutely, it is important that people understand what they are doing. And the compound that they are researching, not all compounds, reconstitute and have the same half or shelf life very good point
Reconstituting with the wrong water and not thinking twice about it. Grabbed sterile water once because it was sitting right there and bacteriostatic wasn’t. Finished the vial wondering why results felt flat. Didn’t connect it until later.
The second one — and this one’s more common than people admit — buying from a source with zero verifiable testing because the price looked right. No COA, no lot number, nothing. Just vibes and a good website.
Both are fixable. Neither gets talked about enough.
I think I'd add that you don't want to reconstitute a 40mg vial of a glp-1 if you're dosing 2.5mg a week. (Just one example but you get the point)
