Would you use this??
This is a GHK-cu/Kpv blend. 50/10. Reconstituted with hospira Bac. I notified the vendor and they said it was normal. When I said I was uncomfortable using it they offered me store credit. I asked them to just send another and they said they already issued a store credit. To date I’ve spent around 500$ with this company. I’m a little pissed. I’m not naming names because I haven’t had an issue before so this might just be a one off thing. I just wanted another opinion

I personally would not feel comfortable using anything that reconstituted like that, especially if it has visible cloudiness/particles after mixing.
Did they provide COAs for this specific batch/lot number? I would ask for the COA, sterility testing, and endotoxin testing if available — and make sure the lot number matches what you received.
Also, since you already told them you were uncomfortable, I think it’s fair to ask them to make it right with a replacement or refund, not just store credit. Thank you for sharing this here so others can compare experiences and ask the right questions.

They are sending a replacement. They do testing. I only shop at places with coa’s. I don’t know that I’ll shop with them again though. It was just a very disappointing experience in my opinion. Thanks for the feed back

I’m glad they’re sending a replacement. That’s the right move, especially when a customer is uncomfortable with the appearance after reconstitution.
COAs are definitely important, but I also think real customer service matters when something doesn’t look or feel right. Thanks for updating us this kind of experience is helpful for the community to see.
anything that doesn't fully reconstitute in hospira or other USP grade bacteriostatic solution (other than AOD) I would consider a faulty product would not use.
regardless of if it's an indicator of contamination or poor quality, you don't want to inject undissolved solutes.
