This is a thread that I would like to start . Discussing people's stacks. I would like to see what people are stacking. How they are stacking and what their protocols are for it .
Possibly a way to help each other out. Maybe discuss changes to their stacks of protocols. Let's face it folks This is all new to a lot of people . I see so many incorrect stacks that are being built because they are hitting the same receptor over and over and over again. This is what causes the signals to burnout, because you're putting too much against one receptor so let's see everybody's stacks
My personal stack that I run, I call the cleansing stack or reset stack .

Hey thanks for starting this Walter hopefully we get some more input of stacks from the community!
Hi! I am currently on Tirz, GHK CU, KPV, AOD, and MotsC. My goal is fat loss, and decreasing inflammation as well as skin and hair health benefits lol. So far I am loving my stack, I have tons of energy, and it helps with workouts

How do you like NAD+? I'll be trying it soon?
I like it much better for energy than say Semax (kinda disappointed), but I am still waiting to try the good ol' Adamax. I'll be honest... I have been SOO busy lately, I have kind have failed lately to stay on my actual protocol schedule. I am hoping things return to normal soon.

Any positive feedback on the Semax? Starting that next week
It's alright, I would probably pick other things over it, but I picked up a ton of Adamax, so I'll be trying that soon. I would also look at like NAD+, I mean it feels more noticeable with NAD+ & Semax are together.

No not directly, short of research with other peptides. As well as my standard zinc, b-12 & vitamin d. Oracle AI? I do not believe I have heard of this before.

We call AI (Chatgpt,Gemini,Grok) "the Oracle". Like it's some sort of mythical being that holds all the knowledge. I should've just clarified lol sorry.
But you didn't experience any sort of crash on NAD+? Gemini recommended pairing methylated b vitamins with the NAD+ to support methyl groups in your liver
Thanks! I hear ya. Life gets crazy at times. I'm about to research NAD+ and Glutathione and will drop BPC, TB, Semax for awhile. I really like Semax for focus and mood but ran out. I definitely will try Adamax at some point. Gonna focus a little more on Selank in the meantime.

Oh my man, you definitely need to be supplementing vitamins and making sure your nutrition is actually in check too. If you’re on Reta and not eating enough, it’s pretty easy to end up deficient or just feel run down.
I’ve been a health person for a while, so I know how to diet and what foods work for me, but even then you still fall short sometimes if you aren’t paying attention. Maintaining overall health matters a lot more than just adding more compounds. You don’t always need to throw a bunch of extra stuff in to feel better or have energy.
I’m personally pretty big on not overdoing it or stacking too many things at once. From my own experience with gear and other things, more is definitely not always better. I like to actually know what each compound is doing before adding anything else in. My two favorites will probably always be Reta and HGH, but even then, the basics still matter: food, vitamins, sleep, bloodwork, and not guessing.
Also, be careful getting all your info from ChatGPT or Google. They can be useful, but they can also give random or incomplete answers that sound factual. Always double-check where your information is coming from and don’t just blindly follow whatever pops up first.

Appreciate the advice man. I haven't started the CJC/IPA or Semax yet. Supposed to start those this week. I've been focused on my diet and exercising the past 3 years and lost 45lbs through that. Weightlifting 4x a week, and until very recently was running 20-30 miles a week. I can't sustain that level or eat enough for the same output. So still weightlifting at the same frequency and intensity but cardio is just incline walk or stair master now.
Reta has changed things a bit as far as the cardio goes. Still weightlifting at the same frequency and intensity but cardio is just incline walk or stair master now. I've been on it for a few weeks and down 12lbs so far. I'm on a multivitamin and d3/k2 and 5g creatine. 3-4L of water, 180-200g protein, and 30-40g of fiber. Any other supplement recommendations would be appreciated 👍
