A one-line review that says "great product, fast shipping" is better than nothing, but it doesn't help the community make informed decisions. Here's how to write a review that actually matters.
What to include in every vendor review:
The product you ordered — name, quantity, and any batch number visible on the vial or packaging.
Ordering experience — how easy was the ordering process? Were product descriptions accurate? Was pricing transparent (no hidden fees)?
Communication — did you have any pre-order questions? How quickly did the vendor respond? Were they knowledgeable and helpful?
Shipping speed — date ordered, date shipped (if tracking was provided), date received. Context matters — domestic shipping should be faster than international.
Packaging quality — was the package discreet? Were peptides shipped with cold packs? Were vials properly sealed and protected from damage? Was anything broken or compromised on arrival?
Product quality observations — appearance of the lyophilized powder (white, off-white, clumpy?). Reconstitution behavior (dissolved readily or took a long time?). Any visible issues with the vial or seal.
Research results — this is optional but extremely valuable. Did the peptide produce results consistent with published research at standard doses? How did it compare to the same peptide from other vendors you've tried?
What NOT to include:
Specific medical outcomes or treatment claims. Keep it research-framed.
Sourcing links or pricing from other vendors for comparison. Price discussion is fine but don't link to competitors' websites.
Personal attacks on vendor staff. Critique the business, not individuals.
Unverified accusations. If you suspect something is wrong, frame it as your observation, not a definitive claim. "The product didn't produce expected results at standard research doses" is better than "this vendor sells fake peptides."
Why detailed reviews matter:
Every detailed review becomes a data point that helps the community evaluate vendors. Over time, patterns emerge — consistent complaints about shipping damage suggest a packaging problem. Multiple reports of underwhelming results at standard doses suggest a quality or dosing issue. This aggregated community intelligence is exactly what makes VialTalk's vendor directory valuable.
Your review doesn't have to be long. It just has to be specific and honest.
