Hey everyone, Ignacio here from RemedyX Labs.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves properly to the Vial Talk community. RemedyX Labs is a U.S.-based, husband-and-wife-operated research supplier focused on research-use-only laboratory reference materials with an emphasis on transparency, documentation, and batch-level verification.

My wife and I both come from healthcare backgrounds. When we started looking deeper into this space, one thing quickly stood out: buyers are often expected to trust a label, a claim, or a COA without always having a clear way to verify what they are actually receiving. We wanted to build RemedyX Labs around a different standard.

Our focus is on providing clearly labeled materials supported by batch-specific documentation and independent analytical testing. We currently emphasize full-panel verification, including identity, purity, content, endotoxins, heavy metals, and sterility.

Our goal is simple: provide products we are willing to put our name behind, make COAs easy to access, answer questions openly, and continue improving as we grow.

We know trust is earned, not demanded. We are still building, still learning, and we welcome honest questions or feedback from the community. If there is something you want clarified about our testing, COAs, fulfillment process, or product documentation, we are happy to answer as transparently as possible.
