Lose over 100lbs
Starting weight 282. Current weight 240. Goal weight 150. Currently losing about 1.5lbs a week. Tirz on Wednesdays. Cag on sundays
<p>Woke up this AM and found the scale back at 238. I’m so excited for this journey. I haven’t been under 200 lbs since I was in the thick of my drug addiction. I’m so happy I decided to take charge of my health again. </p>
<p>Today is pin day for my tirz since I didn’t do it yesterday. I will probably do it in a few min. I get pin fatigue and I get tired of sticking myself over and over and bruising myself. But I know it’s all worth it in the end!!!</p>
