Scale is not moving as fast as it was. Need to start monitoring Protein intake better & eating more meals. The last 20-25 lbs is going to be harder to loose. Appetite has been decreased due to extreme heat. Measured about a week early to make sure I’m loosing inches if the scale isn’t moving as much as I’d like(still averaging about 3lb loss per week) Went swimming today, worked up an appetite. Meal prepped some today. Keep pushing forward. I can’t seem to win on any of the lives and I try and I put this to see if anyone is actually reading this journal.. keep moving forward.
