Tirz Trip

<p>Took last of my first vial of 2.5 dose which turned out to be 80 units . Started SS31 yesterday morning at 2mg daily . Will be doing a cycle of that for 6-8 weeks . Still on track and taking it day by day. </p>

<p>Weekend has been good! Keeping protein and calories in check . Did end up having a couple seltzer’s when we had company over! </p>

<p>Been doing good reaching 120+ of protein even though appetite is very suppressed. I’ve been eating one meal a day along with protein coffee for breakfast and a protein with fiber yogurt at lunch. Waiting for tape measure to be delivered so I can add measurements!</p>

<p>Week 3 Weight is continuing to come off. Little headache on Wednesday but not bad. Probably due to not drinking enough water so I’ve increased that to 80oz a day now. </p>

<p>I’m feeling good more energetic than usual which is good for me as I lacked motivation for months. Took my 3 shot today tried a new spot left upper arm.</p>
