Weightloss

<p>I did a lipo + B12 shot this morning, I did feel some energy from it. I only did 2units so I think I will do another on Friday.</p>

<p>Today im feeling ok, I forgot to mention I did up my dose yesterday but only 5 units. I decided because I am a light weight Im going to slowly go up to the next dose, in hopes of less side effects. I will keep yall updated. But so far just a little nausea. </p>

<p>Today is tirz shot day! Took my kpv.. right now I am feeling good! </p>

<p>Didnt get my protien in yesterday, boy I felt it! Its so important to get that protien in! </p>

<p>Feeling good today, no food noise, KPV is helping with the redness in my face, I can only imagine what its doing inside. </p>
