Overall it was a good experience. The package came nicely shipped and quickly shipped as well. I had to email to ask for updated COA’s since half my products weren’t the same as the COA posted but they responded very quickly with a new COA. I did notice the COA doesn’t have a defined cap color, the picture on the COA was AI and not an actual photo and the lot batch number was the same on the 2 COA’s. That’s the only negative I experienced.
