Orders go out fast same day with now a morning drop and an late afternoon drop. We answer the phone, and we respond to emails within 24-48 hours. If there’s an issue, we handle it directly. On quality, every product is backed by a batch-specific COA. We’re also rolling out expanded 7-point testing across new batches to improve consistency and transparency.
