As my RS is a newbie, it has been scary and overwhelming with the amount of vendors w/ research products. My RS and I heard about Ion through word of mouth essentially and I want to do my part. The website is clear, COA's available through QR code on the product or viewable on the site. Shipping was quick and communication regarding shipping was on-point from start to finish. Customer service is great as my RS had a recent issue w/ one of the products and Ion made things right! This was my first experience with a vendor and it has been fantastic. It has raised my standards in dealing with any other vendor should I choose to go to a different vendor due to out of stock products or deals and what not. Any researchers who are just about to begin their journey, this is the vendor to go to!
