Ingredients
1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop strawberry protein powder
Optional garnish: fresh or frozen fruit
Directions
Add the skim milk to the blender.
Add the frozen mixed berries, 1/2 banana, and protein powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
