73-day summary. Started 198 / 20.8%. Now 175 / ~15.9%. Roughly 23 lb off, BF down ~5 points. None of it in a straight line.
Key learnings: First drop is mostly water — don't anchor to that pace. Trend beats individual readings. Lighter and leaner are different outcomes. Small losses matter more later — 2 lb in the 170s did more than 5 lb in the 190s.
Appetite control was the unlock. Reta 1 mg → 4.5 mg over 10 weeks got hunger out of the driver's seat. Recovery support (HGH week 4+, GHK-Cu constant) gets more important as you get leaner. Not done yet.
