My weight today was 224 lbs, and my current protocol and doses remain unchanged.
My four-year-old was home with me all day, so we went grocery shopping and went to the park for a couple hours. I got a lot of steps from walking, playing and running around with him. It reminded me that I have an older Apple Watch that I should charge and start using again. I think seeing my step count will motivate me to move more on lower-activity days.
The heat took a lot out of me. When we got home, I still had work and household chores to finish so I didnβt end up getting to a workout, but I was active with my son and Im going to give myself credit for that! Tomorrow I am determined to use my vibration plate and hopefully take a family walk in the evening when it is cooler. I know intentional exercise will help my energy and self-esteem.
My appetite was around a 3/5, with my strongest hunger happening at night again. I didnβt eat dinner until around 9:45 p.m., which is much later than I would like. We ended up having Stromboli because I forgot to defrost the chicken. It had meat and cheese for protein, although it wasnβt the healthiest option.
My son and I also made a salted-caramel cheesecake-style snack using cottage cheese as the protein base. It wasnβt necessarily low-calorie because we added date caramel, but it used better ingredients than many processed desserts and was something we made together and literally seeing him so happy is such a good feeling in itself.
My mood was better today despite feeling stressed about deadlines. My son and I had a nice outing, laughed a lot and we got to make a treat together. That little boy has all of my heart and being 40 with a 4 year old really makes me want to get and be as healthiest as I possibly can l.
I did not notice any major new side effects today. Iβm anxious to start feeling more effects from the peps but I know it takes time and everyoneβs different. Itβs still hard not to see a ton of progress. Itβs actually helping me a lot just being able to write this journal entry as a tool to be more accountable with myself for sure. I know Iβll get there and in a few months will feel so much better. I have to put the work in and I know the peptides themselves wonβt fix bad habits, I need to really work on those. Where I injected SS31 last is still itchy, although the GHK-Cu seemed to sting a little less today. I am still concerned that I may be using the same injection areas too frequently and need to rotate my stomach and glute locations more intentionally.
I took all scheduled peptides tonight. Tomorrowβs priorities are drinking more water, eating protein earlier, preparing easy protein snacks for the family, using my vibration plate and trying to get to bed earlier.
